1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a corporate entity, and that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site or downloading any evaluation packages.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, designs, algorithms, logos, mathematical estimation models, compiled WebAssembly binaries (.wasm), and software interfaces on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Digiladder and are protected by national copyright and international IP treaties.

3. Permitted & Restricted Use

You are permitted to interact with our online demonstrations solely for evaluation purposes. You may not:

• Use our platform or calculation kernels to build competitive CAD, DFM, or tolerance-matching services.
• Employ automated scripts, scrapers, or programmatic agents to parse our database or simulate users.
• Attempt to breach browser sandbox limits or inject malicious payloads into memory caches.
• Utilize the estimation outputs for manufacturing production without obtaining a valid commercial license.

4. On-Premise Evaluation License

If we provide you with a sandbox evaluation key or on-premise installation packages, you are granted a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the software locally. This evaluation is subject to the terms of your specific Software Trial Agreement (STA). All output data generated during trial is illustrative and provided without warranties of accuracy.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

This website and its interactive estimators are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Digiladder makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular manufacturing process, or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that geometric analysis models will be 100% error-free. Physical verification of designs is mandatory prior to physical fabrication.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digiladder or its officers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, tooling damage, scrap material costs, or security breaches) arising from your use of this website, online estimation tools, or software packages.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
