Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digiladder provides specialized, on-premise industrial AI platforms and software components. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the standard terms governing license evaluations, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund claims for our enterprise customers.

1. B2B Enterprise Software Model

Because our software runs client-side (via WebAssembly inside sandboxed browsers or on-premise Docker/executable installations), licenses are distributed to corporate partners following comprehensive technical verification. Consequently, all commercial sales, professional deployment services, and customized software integration contracts are governed by their respective Software Licensing Agreements (SLAs) or Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

2. Free Trial & Sandbox Evaluation

We encourage corporate clients to thoroughly evaluate our platforms using our secure sandboxes or temporary evaluation keys prior to purchase.

• Evaluation/trial keys are issued free of charge for a specified duration (typically 14 or 30 days).
• No payment details are required for basic sandbox access.
• Trial licenses terminate automatically upon expiration unless upgraded to a commercial subscription.

3. Cancellation Terms

For active subscriptions or licensing terms:

• Annual/Multi-Year Licenses: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the next automatic renewal date. Once a contract year begins, the license is non-cancellable for that period.
• Monthly Subscription Licenses: If you are subscribed to a monthly evaluation plan, you can request cancellation at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.

4. Refund Policy

Since our software compiles and runs within your control, all licensing payments and deployment support fees are non-refundable once processing licenses have been generated and cryptographic tokens dispatched. Exceptions are only made in the event of:

• Billing discrepancies or accidental duplicate charges caused by our invoicing systems.
• Specific breach-of-performance clauses triggered as explicitly outlined in a signed Master Service Agreement.

5. Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved by our financial office, the amount will be returned to the original corporate bank account or payment method within ten (10) business days. Any processing or transfer fees charged by financial institutions may be deducted from the refund total.
