Yes — available in Multi-Vendor and Enterprise packages. You can onboard different vendor types (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, home service providers) under one platform. Each vendor type can have its own catalog structure, pricing and delivery rules.

You define delivery zones on a map (by drawing polygons around service areas). Customers outside a zone see "Service not available in your area." Drivers are auto-assigned orders within their zone. You can create city-level, ward-level or custom zones — and turn them on/off from the admin panel.
