Due to the nature of our consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation session has been scheduled or taken place. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter any technical issues with a digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
