Due to the nature of our consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation session has been scheduled or taken place. 2. Digital Products

We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter any technical issues with a digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled consultation session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
